WakeWell Communications Consent

By providing your contact information (e.g. phone number and/or email) and agreeing to receive communications from WakeWell, you consent to receive SMS, phone calls, and other electronic messages from WakeWell, including but not limited to appointment reminders, service updates, and other notifications directly related to our Services. By opting into promotional SMS by clicking the optional checkbox, you agree to receive marketing-related messaging. Your participation is subject to the terms outlined in this Communications Consent, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Consent to Receive Communications
By providing your contact info you agree to receive:
Transactional messages sent via SMS, phone call, or email (e.g., appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications).
Automated messages sent via SMS, phone call, or email using an autodialer or prerecorded voice message.
By opting into optional marketing messaging you agree to receive:
Promotional and marketing messages (e.g., offers, special promotions, health-related content) if you have provided express written consent.
You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from WakeWell.
2. Compliance with TCPA and CTIA Guidelines
WakeWell follows all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We ensure that:
You receive only the types of messages you have explicitly consented to.
Message frequency is reasonable and disclosed upon opting in.

3. Opt-Out and Revocation of Consent
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any WakeWell message. After opting out, you will no longer receive further messages unless you opt back in. For email communications, you may click the "unsubscribe" link in the email.

Please note that transactional or urgent service-related messages may still be sent even if you opt out of promotional messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. WakeWell is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless provider.
5. Supported Carriers
WakeWell’s messaging services are supported by major U.S. carriers. However, we do not guarantee delivery of messages, as carrier networks may impose filtering or other restrictions beyond our control.
6. Data Security and Privacy
We take the security of your personal information seriously. All data collected and used for communications purposes is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to This Communications Consent
WakeWell reserves the right to update this Communications Consent at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
